Puja listings, consultation information, availability, inclusions and any displayed package details are provided to help you understand the services. Availability and final arrangements are confirmed by our team after we receive your request.

Submitting a Puja booking form is a request, not confirmation that a date, time or service has been accepted. We will contact you to confirm the Sankalp details and ritual arrangements. Please provide accurate contact and devotee information and tell us promptly if it changes.

Consultations and spiritual guidance are informational and reflect traditional practices. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or other specialist advice, and no particular personal, financial, health or other outcome is promised.

Where a Puja package or amount is displayed, it describes the selected service and is not an online payment request. The current website does not accept online payments. Any applicable amount and payment arrangement will be discussed with you directly before the service is confirmed.

Do not send card details, PINs, passwords or one-time passcodes to us. If online payment options are introduced, the applicable payment terms will be shown before you place an order.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a request. Since a request is confirmed only after our team contacts you, we will discuss available options based on the preparation already undertaken and the timing of your request.

Ritual timing, format, inclusions and any prasad arrangements are confirmed individually. Physical prasad delivery is not guaranteed for every service or location; we will confirm availability, any applicable charges and an estimated delivery timeline with you.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or misleading information, or attempt to access systems or information without authorization.
