Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shakti Niketan currently does not accept online payments on this website. Submitting a booking request does not charge you, and no online payment is required to submit it. A package amount shown on the website is not collected at checkout; any applicable amount and payment arrangement will be discussed directly before your service is confirmed.

Because the website does not currently collect online payments, there is no website payment transaction to refund. If you have made a payment through an arrangement separately confirmed by our team, contact us with your booking reference and payment details so we can review it.

A submitted booking is a request and remains pending until our team contacts you to confirm the date, time and ritual arrangements. You may ask to change or withdraw a pending request by contacting us as soon as possible.

After a service has been confirmed, contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel. We will discuss whether rescheduling or cancellation is possible, taking into account the requested service, timing and any preparation already undertaken. Any amount paid directly to us, if applicable, will be reviewed based on the confirmed arrangement and work already performed.

We will acknowledge your request and explain the outcome after reviewing the booking and payment arrangement. If a refund is approved for a payment processed through a payment provider in the future, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank; we will communicate the applicable processing timeline when confirming the refund.
