Shakti Niketan primarily offers Puja rituals, Vedic Astrology consultations and spiritual guidance. These are services, not standard shipped merchandise. A booking form submission is a request; our team will contact you to confirm the service, schedule, format and applicable arrangements.

The date and time for a ritual or consultation are agreed with you directly after we review your request. Any preparation instructions, participation details or information about completion will be shared by our team for the specific service. We do not promise a fixed fulfilment time until your request is confirmed.

Prasad may be included or available for certain Pujas, as described in the relevant listing or confirmed by our team. Physical prasad delivery is not available for every Puja, order or location. Before confirming a booking, we will tell you whether delivery is available, the delivery location we can serve, any applicable delivery charge, and the estimated dispatch or delivery timeline.

Where physical delivery is confirmed, please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Delivery estimates may be affected by location, courier availability, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay or delivery issue.

Because shipping depends on whether prasad delivery is available for the specific Puja and address, this website does not advertise a universal shipping fee, courier or delivery timeline. The applicable details will be shared and agreed with you before the booking is confirmed.
